Addie will be drawing on his expertise in both Indian Cooking and Cheese Making in this class featuring Aloo Tikki (fried potato patties stuffed with peas), served with a Green Chutney, and Stuffed Mini Parathas, with a Yogurt Dip. You'll also learn to make your own Paneer then dress it up for a delicious and aromatic Paneer Snack. As well as expanding your repertory of recipes for entertaining this season, the three dishes combined will make a delicious and hearty meal, perfect for your Sunday supper.

It's December, which means it's party season. So it's time to pull out your favourite recipes for hors d'ouevres, and to discover some new ones as well. Join Mai Nguyen for her newest virtual cooking class on Fabulous Finger Foods and we guarantee you'll wow your guests while having fun in the kitchen too. Mai will walk you through three elegant party treats, starting with classic blinis that you can finish with your favourite toppings, from smoked salmon to caviar. You'll also make a batch of pastry to create two more delicious bites: Cheese Galettes; and Mixed Mushroom & Goat's Cheese Tarts. By the end of your class you'll have prepared a delicious dinner of small bites, plus you'll be equipped with an arsenal of new recipes for entertaining your friends and family this holiday season.

Join our cheese expert Aditya Raghavan for this very seasonal class on cheesy appies. Addie will walk you through how to make a classic Cheese Fondue, and talk about variations to the classic too. He'll also teach you how to bake Brie, in a cast iron pan, and guide you through the perfect condiments to serve with it. Then you'll learn to bread and fry Taleggio, and serve it with truffle scented honey. And as if that's not enough cheese for you, you'll learn to make an elegant canapé of blue cheese stuffed figs, wrapped in bacon and roasted, too. You'll end your class with new recipes and skills to add to your repertory for both holiday entertaining, and après-ski. Plus you'll have a very cheesy meal to enjoy if you cook along with Addie!
