During her virtual cooking class our in-house butcher and master Sausage maker Elyse will take you through all the ins and outs of making your own sausages at home. And whether you have your own grinder and sausage press or simply ground meat from your butcher plus a basic funnel to hand press your sausages, we promise success and a fun experience. During your online cooking class Elyse will show you how to flavour and press our favourite Cumberland Sausages, as well as how to make Sausage Patties and also her delicious Sausage Rolls, wrapped up in her flaky pastry and finished with a luscious mustard Mayonnaise sauce.
* Please note that we will be discussing potential substitutions for ingredients during your class.
Class Fee: $27.50 plus GST (pricing is per device and allows multiple participants to attend using a single device). What’s Included: A 120 minute virtual class plus a recipe pack including info on equipment needed. Our recipes are distributed manually. If you sign up within 24 hours of your class time, you may not receive the recipe in advance. We will attach it in Zoom Chat at the start of your class. Please use the ingredient list above to shop for your class.

Once downloaded Zoom will help you set up your free account then you’re ready to join us. Zoom will prompt you and ask for permission to use your devices camera and audio, please accept the requests. Once logged in click “Join” from the home page and enter your Meeting ID, which will be sent to you by email with your recipes.
