Fire up some romance, as you immerse yourself in our one-of-a-kind interactive Long Table Winter Dining Experience. Join us at Prairie Gardens for this unique experience, dining together under the starry lights, in Prairie Gardens’ intimate greenhouse setting – and together we’ll enjoy our Multi-Course Gourmet Dinner at the only Blue Pumpkin farm north of the 56th Parallel! Experience genuine rural hospitality as Farmer Tam together with Kathryn and the Get Cooking team work in harmony with nature and their community to carve a niche for sustainable rural culture, while celebrating Valentine’s with you on Tam’s earth friendly local farm.
Your evening will begin with a Hot Chocolate Bar in the Greenhouse, before we board the Prairie Gardens train and ride over to the Fire Roaster Pavilion for a shot of Moonshine and a selection of Appies. Then we’ll reconvene in the Greenhouse for our seated Dinner. And before your Main Course you’ll have the opportunity to leave the table and make a Herb Infusion, together with Tam. Then at the end of the night, and since it’s Valentine’s weekend, we’ll be creating another takeaway, a Succulent Heart Planter for each couple to take home.
