Join our very own bread baking star Larry Harris for his two-part Virtual Baking Class, and learn how to get started with your own Sourdough Starter then how to use it to prepare and bake Sourdough loaves, at home! As a competitor on Season 4 of The Great Canadian Baking Show, Larry was Star Baker on bread week. And he continues to hone his bread skills as owner / baker at Bonne Vie Bakery in Edmonton. In your first session Larry will get you started with that starter, made from scratch. Then in Session Two of your Online Baking Class Larry will share his expertise as he takes you through the various stages of preparing a loaf with your starter: we’ll provide you with a link to a recording of the class so you can continue the process you’ve begun during your class as you finish and bake your first loaf of Sourdough Bread at home.
