Join Chef Cindy Lazarenko for this virtual cooking class on Borsch & Pampushka. During your online cooking class Cindy will share with you a taste of Ukrainian Borsch. Then you’ll learn how to make Pampushka, a deliciously garlicky savoury yeast bread fritter that is traditionally enjoyed with Borsch. And for a uniquely Canadian twist, Cindy will be making a Beet Caesar Cocktail, popularized at Culina Muttart in Edmonton, to sip on while you cook!
