We’re travelling to Liguria in Italy for Kathryn’s online baking class on Bread & Soup. Join Kathryn for this virtual baking class and learn to make her Sage Focaccia, starting with a sponge that we’ll combine with a white wine and olive oil enriched dough. We’ll send you a video on how to prepare the sponge before your class. And while we’re blooming our yeast for our sponge, we’ll get started on our Minestrone alla Genovese, a Ligurian version of minestrone combining a selection of vegetables with savoy cabbage, dried beans and pasta. We’ll start cooking the beans as we bloom our yeast, then do our prep and add the vegetables.
