Join Aditya Raghavan for his virtual cooking class on Kathi Rolls, a street food favourite from Kolkata in West Bengal. Kathi (or Kati) Rolls traditionally combine chicken kebabs with a cilantro chutney, wrapped up in a Paratha. But nowadays Kathis can be any Indian flatbread, with your choice of kebab filling. Join Addie’s class and learn to make his favourite Chicken Kulcha Rolls, with Cilantro Mint chutney. Together with Addie, you’ll learn to make his Kulcha flatbreads as well as his spiced Chicken Kebabs and Chutney. Then you’ll put it all together for your own backyard version of this Indian street food wrap.
