Join our MasterChef Canada Alumna Mai Nguyen for her newest class on how to make Pappardelle with a classic Ragu Bolognese. During Mai’s virtual cooking class you’ll make a fresh egg enriched pasta, then cut it by hand into Pappardelle, a wide ribbon pasta traditionally served with hearty meat ragus. And you’ll make Bologna’s beloved Ragu, featuring 3 meats (pancetta, pork and beef or veal) cooked with tomato, wine, and milk. By the end of your online cooking class you will have a hearty meal for 4 ready to serve.
Class Fee: $45.00 plus GST (pricing is per device and allows multiple participants to attend using a single device).
Your Fee Includes: A 2 1/2 hour online cooking class; a recipe pack including info on equipment needed; 7 day access to a recording of your class (you can extend your access to 30 days for an additional $5).
Upon purchase, your Zoom meeting link plus ID and password will be included in your Event Confirmation email – please be sure to save this information as you will need it to join your class.
Our recipes are distributed manually. If you sign up within 24 hours of your class time, you may not receive the recipe before the class starts. A summary of ingredients required follows:

We use Zoom for our online classes. If you aren’t already using Zoom you can download their free app for Windows, Mac, Android or Apple iOS here.
Once downloaded Zoom will help you set up your free account then you’re ready to join us. Zoom will prompt you and ask for permission to use your devices, camera and audio, please accept the requests. Once logged in click “Join” from the home page and enter your Meeting ID and Password, which will be sent to you in your Event Confirmation.
