Join Will Kotowicz, Chef and Co-Owner at Meuwly’s in Edmonton, for his virtual cooking class on the art of making Rillettes and Terrines. During his online cooking class Will will share his expertise as a chef and charcuterer as he walks you through how to braise and preserve pork to make Rillettes. You’ll also build a Pork Terrine, with brandy soaked fruits and a chicken and pancetta center. You’ll start preparing your Rillettes and build your terrine with Will during your class, then finish them at your leisure after the class is finished: we will send you a recording of your class for reference as you finish preparing your pâtés. NOTE: your Terrine should cure in the fridge overnight, before cooking the next day.
Class Fee: $40.00 plus GST (pricing is per device and allows multiple participants to attend using a single device).
Your Fee Includes: A 120 minute cooking class; a recipe pack including info on equipment needed; 7 day access to a recording of your class (you can extend your access to 30 days for an additional $5).
Upon purchase, your Zoom meeting link plus ID and password will be included in your Event Confirmation email – please be sure to save this information as you will need it to join your class.
Our recipes are distributed manually. If you sign up within 24 hours of your class time, you may not receive the recipe before the class starts. A summary of ingredients required follows:

We use Zoom for our online classes. If you aren’t already using Zoom you can download their free app for Windows, Mac, Android or Apple iOS here.
Once downloaded Zoom will help you set up your free account then you’re ready to join us. Zoom will prompt you and ask for permission to use your devices, camera and audio, please accept the requests. Once logged in click “Join” from the home page and enter your Meeting ID and Password, which will be sent to you in your Event Confirmation.
