For the second virtual cooking class in our Winter 2021 series on Asian Noodles, we’re travelling to Korea for a delicious bowl full of Japchae. A Korean favourite, Japchae combines sweet potato glass noodles with mushrooms, veggies & rib eye beef, all spiced up with Gochujang hot pepper paste. You’ll be getting out your wok for this online cooking class and experiencing a journey with your senses as you learn to recreate this delicious one-pot dish. And if you’re after a vegetarian or vegan meal, simply leave out the rib eye beef.
Class Fee: $22.50 plus GST (pricing is per device and allows multiple participants to attend using a single device). Your Fee Includes: A 75 minute cooking class plus a recipe pack including info on equipment needed. Our recipes are distributed manually. If you sign up within 24 hours of your class time, you may not receive the recipe in advance. We will attach it in Zoom Chat at the start of your class. Please use the ingredient list above to shop for your class – if our ingredient list isn’t up yet, then the recipe is in the works and it’s coming very soon!
