Join Mai Nguyen for her virtual cooking class on how to make Okonomiyaki, a shredded cabbage pancake from the streets of Osaka, the name translating roughly to “cooked how you like”. If you’ve been watching Mai on Masterchef Back to Win you saw her watching from the Balcony as her competitors vied to stay on the show making this Japanese street food specialty. Mai’s version is topped with Seafood, and the requisite Okonomiyaki Sauce.
