Join Chef Cindy Lazarenko for her online cooking class on how to make Potato Gnocchi. The third in our Winter series of virtual cooking classes featuring different types of Gnocchi, Cindy’s class will take you through an in depth look at making, cooking and serving home made Potato Gnocchi. You’ll learn how to cook your potatoes right, making a perfectly pillowy gnocchi dough, then forming it into gnocchi. And Cindy will teach you how to make two easy sauces: a Tomato Butter Sauce to dress simply boiled Gnocchi; or a Sage Butter to accompany Pan Seared Gnocchi, depending on your preference.
