I’m posting more meatballs, since everyone loved I’m posting more meatballs, since everyone loved them! So I find myself in a meatball frame of mind this month - I’ll be adding variations on a theme in the coming weeks, keep your eyes open if you like meatballs. These ones are lamb, stuffed with feta, and served with Tzatziki and Greek Salad. From my first virtual class of 2021, also the first of my Savour Greece series. His Pandi Curry with Rice Balls & Sautéed Spinach was a revelation: slowly toasted spices infused their flavours into this unctuously rich and delicious Pork Curry, from the state of Karnataka in Southern India.
