Join our chef owner Kathryn Joel for an evening of Greek summer faves. We'll start the night making pita bread, then while the dough is rising we'll marinate and BBQ some Argentinian wild shrimp to toss together with orzo, tomatoes & feta for our Shrimp & Orzo starter, a combination that's as delicious warm as it is at room temp or cold as a salad. Next we'll BBQ a selection of souvlaki using lamb and fish, and build our own plates with our homemade pita, tahini sauce and tzatziki. Then finally we'll serve you a dessert of sweetened yogurt topped with a sour cherry compote, a Greek favourite that that's a perfect match for our locally grown Evans cherries.
