Cancellation Policy
We do not permit cancellations, returns or refunds for our live and interactive online classes as even if you are unable to attend the class you will have access to the class recording for 7 days after the class is held. Additionally, class materials such as recipes are available in advance of the class.
We do not permit cancellations, returns or refunds for our on-demand recorded content as once you have made your purchase you have immediate access to that content through your account on our web portal.
We do not permit cancellations, returns or refunds on gift certificates as they do not expire and are transferable.
We do not permit cancellations for our in-person classes but you can give your spot to another person at any time at no charge, or you can transfer to another class for a 15% admin fee if done more than 14 days in advance.
