Owen Petersen

For Owen Petersen, bread brings people together. From farm to mill to bakery to consumers, bread is, by nature, communal. Beginning baking as his first job out of high school, small town boy, Owen, also ran his own mill and bakery for years here in Edmonton. Now back in the small town Owen bakes bread in his own home and is excited to share the joys of home baked fresh sourdough in his classes.
