Join Kathryn Joel for a hands-on pizza-making class where you'll learn to prepare Neapolitan-style pizza. You'll start by making your own pizza dough, then master the art of crafting both classic white and red pizzas, using some of our favourite toppings. While the dough rises, we'll whip up the sauces and toppings for Sausage & Rapini and Prosciutto Arugula pizzas. To round out the experience, we'll also assemble an Italian-inspired antipasto platter featuring a selection of Charcuterie, Warmed Olives, and Whipped Ricotta Crostini.
