Meet

Jennifer Kotowicz

F.N.L.P. (Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Practitioner) Jenn is passionate about helping people make connections between their diet and lifestyle and the quality of their health. Jenn completed her Holistic Health Practitioner Program in 2001. That same year she got her first job working in a health food store. She then went on to do more schooling and received her diploma in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. Most recently she completed a Functional Nutrition course through the Functional Nutrition Alliance.

Jenn is passionate about supporting people in achieving their health goals and working with them even when they feel they have exhausted all other options. It is empowering for her clients when they understand that whatever their state of health, what they eat and how they live can support a better level of health. Together with her husband, Chef Will Kotowoicz, Jenn is excited to support people in finding food that nourishes their physiology. It is not about what you eat but it is about what your body does with what you eat.

In her free time Jenn loves going on walks with her family and their dog, usually with a hot drink in hand.
