Join our Chef Owner Kathryn Joel at our Teen Culinary Odyssey Boot Camp for a transformative culinary experience! Designed for teens who love food and cooking, our dynamic boot camp program focuses on developing essential culinary skills. Throughout the week, participants will explore the flavours and techniques of European cuisine, with an emphasis on classic French techniques, Italian pasta-making skills, and an exciting exploration of the cuisines of Portugal and Spain. Our boot camp runs from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 2 PM, and is open to ages 13 to 17. As an exhilarating finale, the last day features a black box challenge, putting the teens' newfound skills and creativity to the test. Get ready for a week of culinary adventures and delicious discoveries!

In this immersive masterclass, you'll be guided by Mai to create your own ramen noodles and instant pot chicken ramen broth. Elevate your culinary skills as you learn to prepare the perfect accompaniments for your Chicken Ramen bowl, including marinated and roasted chicken thighs, bamboo shoots and soy marinated eggs. Join Chef Owner Kathryn Joel for a festive afternoon of holiday baking, as you create a selection of classic European treats to share over the holidays. Together you’ll bake rich, fruit-studded Stollen, traditional Mince Pies filled with spiced fruit, and delicate Linzer Cookies layered with jam. Sip a glass of homemade eggnog as you bake and enjoy the treats you’ve made, creating a warm and celebratory holiday atmosphere. Everyone will take home their own Stollen, along with a selection of sweet treats to enjoy throughout the holiday season.
