Join Kathryn Joel and learn to make a selection of Chaat, Indian snacks that combine a tangy combination of sweet, sour, crunchy and hot in every bite. Perfect on a hot summer day, chaat are typically made from fresh and healthy ingredients, combined with chutneys and raitas. Together we'll be making Bhel Puri, a puffed rice and vegetable chaat, as well as Pani Puri, semolina balls stuffed with potatoes and chickpeas, chutney and spicy water. We'll also make Plantain Chips and 3 different chutneys, all as well as Mango Lassis and some fresh and delicous Pineapple Chaat for dessert.

Embark on a culinary journey this Paella Day with Chef Owner Kathryn Joel. In this in-person cooking class, discover the art of creating two iconic paellas: the classic Paella Valenciana featuring a medley of chicken, rabbit, and white beans, and the exotic Arroz Negro, brimming with seafood and infused with squid ink. Kathryn will share traditional techniques and tips for perfecting this famed Spanish dish. Elevate your experience by learning to whip up a couple of easy yet delicious tapas. Whether you're a seasoned home cook or a kitchen novice, join us for an immersive celebration filled with savoury aromas, and a shared paella meal.
Join Kathryn Joel in person for this taste of Italian Farmhouse cooking, and you'll experience a menu of simple but sophisticated Italian fare starting with a bruschetta topped with Borlotti Beans with Tomatoes & Sage. Next we'll stir up a pot of Melted Leek Soup, to serve with Parmesan Croutons. Then for your main course you'll learn to tray bake and roast Chicken Thighs with Potatoes & Porcini, and serve them with Pan Seared Winter Greens. Plus we'll be making Biscotti with dried fruits and nuts to serve together with an easy Limoncello Ice Cream for a rustically delicious dessert.
