Led by Chef Owner Kathryn Joel, our Teen Culinary Global Cuisine Cooking Camp is an immersive program that's perfect for teenagers who have a passion for food and a desire to explore the world's diverse culinary traditions. Participants will develop essential culinary skills while delving into some of the captivating flavours and techniques of SE Asian, Korean, Middle Eastern, Indian, and Mexican cuisines. Open to teenagers between the ages of 13 and 17, this intensive program runs from Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 3 PM. Prepare yourself for a week of culinary adventures, cultural exploration, and delicious discoveries as you learn to cook your way around the globe with Kathryn. Our cooking camp concludes with an exhilarating black box challenge, where you can showcase your newfound skills and creativity using mystery ingredients. Join Kathryn Joel for a night of French cooking and you'll start the evening with Tapenade, on Crostini. Then we'll prepare a Salade Lyonnaise of Greens tossed in a Bacon Vinaigrette, finished with Bacon Lardons and Poached Eggs. For our main course we'll enjoy a classic combination of Confit Duck Legs, served with Braised Red Cabbage and a Parsnip Purée.
