If you love eating Crêpes but don't know how to make them, here's your chance to learn! Spend the evening with Kathryn Joel and learn to make both Savoury and Sweet Crêpes following French tradition. First we'll make a batch of savoury crêpes, learning to cook them perfectly then fill them with ham and mushrooms before baking them topped with cream and cheese. We'll enjoy our Ham & Mushroom Crêpes together with a Green Salad. Then we'll make our sweet crêpes and use them to prepare Crêpes Suzette, a true retro fave.

Then we'll prepare a Salade Lyonnaise of Greens tossed in a Bacon Vinaigrette, finished with Bacon Lardons and Poached Eggs. For our main course we'll enjoy a classic combination of Confit Duck Legs, served with Braised Red Cabbage and a Parsnip Purée.
