Pari will share traditional techniques and essential tips to ensure you achieve the most flavourful results. You'll learn to prepare an aromatic coconut milk based Vegetable Ishtu (Stew), the perfect accompaniment to your Appams, and a delicious Potato Masala filling plus Coconut and Tomato Chutneys to fill and enhance your Dosas too. Plus we'll add Pari's Chickpea Sundal as a satisfying and tasty starter as well! Whether you're a seasoned chef or a kitchen novice, this class promises to elevate your cooking skills and immerse you in the rich food traditions of South India.
