An Argentinian specialty, Empanadas are typically made with beef but seafood fillings are featured during Lent as well. Join Mai Nguyen for her newest in-person class on Argentinian Empanadas and learn to make both. Together with Mai you'll learn to make her Shrimp Empanadas with Roasted Jalapeño Chimichurri Sauce as well as Beef Empanadas with a Sofrito Dipping Sauce. Throughout the class, Mai will be sharing her pro tips on making and working with Empanada dough, as she sets you up for success making your own hand pies at home.
