Join us for our brand new summer grilling class infused with vibrant Mexican flavours and taught by Chef Owner Kathryn Joel. Hosted from our lively studio kitchen and outdoor patio, the evening kicks off with a classic starter: Elotes, grilled Mexican street corn. Next, dive into the culinary action as you master the preparation of three deliciously spicy tacos, all doused with homemade salsas: Grilled Shrimp with Salsa Verde, Grilled Adobo Marinated Chicken with Pineapple Salsa, and Carne Asada with Charred Tomato and Avocado Salsas. To end the night on a sweet note, enjoy a refreshing fruit platter, finished with a hint of tangy lime and a touch of spicy chili. This Friday night class is the perfect opportunity to share a fun and flavourful experience with friends, a date, or come solo and connect with new people!
