Join Chef Owner Kathryn Joel on a journey to the sun-drenched shores of Portugal with this class on Portuguese summer cooking. You’ll start the evening preparing Ameijoas na Cataplana—a fragrant combination of clams and Portuguese sausage, simmered with garlic, white wine and tomatoes. Then it’s on to Piri Piri Chicken, marinated then grilled to perfection and served with crisp fried potatoes and a refreshing tomato and mint salad. To finish, you’ll indulge in a silky Pudim Flan, delicately scented with Tawny Port.
