Join Kathryn Joel for a taste of the Emerald Isle as we indulge in a menu of our favourite Irish specialties in celebration of St. Patrick's Day. We'll start your meal with a fondue of Irish Cheddar with apple slices for dunking and a welcome glass of beer, followed by "Drunken Mussels" cooked in cider with bacon and leeks and served with our own homemade Soda Bread. Next up is an Irish Stew of Lamb cooked in Beer with Veggies and Barley, together with Kathryn's Colcannon. Then for dessert we'll be whipping up a Chocolate Guinness Cake, and serving it with a Whisky Scented Cream and (of course) Irish Coffees!

Join Chef Owner Kathryn Joel in person and discover her favourite curries from Northern Thailand. You'll learn to prepare Kathryn's recipe for Khao Soi Kai (curry noodle soup) as well as her Jungle Curry with Pork. Combining chicken and fresh noodles in a fragrant coconut curry broth that's topped with fried noodles, Khao Soi Kai is a favourite from the city of Chiang Mai. Jungle Curry, made with broth instead of coconut milk, is a deliciously spicy and aromatic combination of Thai eggplants and other veggies typically featuring either chicken or pork.
