Join Kathryn Joel and Mai Nguyen this Valentine's Day for a date night cooking class, and together with your Valentine you'll learn to prepare a sumptuous meal of classic date night favourites. We'll welcome you with a glass of bubbly (NA alternatives available on request), then we'll kick off our menu with Oysters two ways, on the half shell with a Passionfruit Mignonette and baked, Rockefeller style. Next we'll serve up a rich and elegant Lobster bisque. For our main course we'll be preparing Steak Diane, a retro classic, served with Fondant Potatoes. Then we'll end the night with Chocolate Soufflés, the perfect finish to a deliciously romantic night out.

On the menu: Smoked Haddock & Corn Chowder, Bourbon Cured Smoked Salmon with Grilled Endive & Peach Salad, Smoked Buffalo Style Chicken Wings, and Smoked then Pan Seared Duck Breasts with seasonal sides.
