INGREDIENTS
PANEER: milk, yogurt, apple cider vinegar
PALAK PANEER: paneer, spinach, ghee, cooking oil, ginger, garlic, green chilis, onion, tomatoes, whipping cream, cumin seeds, ground coriander, turmeric, red chili powder (we use kashmiri), kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leave), sweet paprika
VEGTABLE PULAO: basmati rice, cooking oil, ginger, mustard seeds, garam masala, carrots, green beans, red or yellow bell pepper
RAITA: yogurt, cucumber, fennel seeds, mustard seeds
