Join Kathryn Joel for our handson class on how to make Risotto and Arancini, and you'll learn how to make lovingly stirred and perfectly al dente Risotto. As we stir, we'll discuss the types of rice to use, and how to adapt the flavour of your Risotto easily. You'll also learn to use your leftover Risotto the Italian way as we hand form and deep fry a batch of Arancini. Plus to go with our deliciously decadent deep fried risotto balls we'll make a pefectly spicy Arrabiata Sauce. Your Get Cooking experience includes an arrival appetizer and a meal of what you cook. A curated menu of wines, beers and mocktails is available for purchase on the night.
