Sales for the Spring 2025 schedule (April-June) will begin on Friday, February 21st at 5pm.

Ingredients, Thuk Grochma Marith-Lime Pepper Dipping Sauce: limes, garlic, MSG

Ingredients, Pork and Shrimp Spring Rolls: 1lb ground pork, 1/2 lb raw shrimp, carrots, green cabbage, parsnip, green onion, dried black fungus, MSG, Knorr chicken stock powder, oyster sauce, five spice powder, egg, spring roll wrappers, vegetable or canola oil, loose leaf lettuce

Ingredients, Thuk Trey Pahem (Sweet and Sour Dipping Sauce): fish sauce, white vinegar, limes, garlic, Thai chilies, MSG

Ingredients, Cambodian Beef Skewers: 2 lbs beef sirloin, Groeung, Preserved Pantai Gourami in Brine (Prahok), MSG, Knorr Chicken Stock Powder, Oyster Sauce, vegetable oil, jasmine rice
