Join our dumpling pro Mai Nguyen for her in-person class on Soup Dumplings and learn to make soup dumplings from both Asia and Eastern Europe. For China's Xiao Long Bao steamed soup dumplings you'll make your own wrappers then stuff them with a pork filling before learning to steam and serve them together with a dipping sauce. Plus you'll learn to make Khinkali, Georgia's version of soup dumplings that are filled with a blend of pork and beef then served simply, with black pepper and a vinegar dipping sauce. During your class you'll eat what you make, so come with an appetite but bring a takeaway container too, so you can pack up your leftovers to go.
