In this hands-on class, Kathryn will share her secrets for perfectly cooked and seasoned sushi rice and guide you as you create your own personalized rolls with a variety of fillings and garnishes, including seafood favorites like Ahi Tuna, Salmon, BBQ Eel, and Scallops for Chop Chop. From classic Maki to impressive Uramaki and pressed, flamed Aburi Oshizushi, you’ll learn the essential techniques for rolling and pressing sushi at home. The best part?
