Start with crisp Fried Plantains and a creamy Ackee Dip, then learn to make Jamaica’s iconic, flaky Beef Patties before finishing with a rich, aromatic Goat Curry served with Rice & Peas. Along the way, you’ll learn key cooking techniques and how to highlight bold Caribbean flavours, all while sharing good food, learning new skills, and enjoying a deliciously convivial evening in our studio kitchen.
