Then, for a heartier option, we’ll prepare a Chicken, Chorizo & Shrimp Paella, featuring marinated chicken, Spanish chorizo, and succulent shrimp. Kathryn will guide you through traditional paella techniques, and to round off the experience, you'll learn to make a couple of easy yet delicious tapas, elevating your cooking skills.
