As an added treat, you'll also discover the beloved Italian tradition of repurposing leftovers by learning to make Arancini—everyone's favourite stuffed, breaded, and deep-fried risotto balls. To complement these decadent delights, we'll whip up a perfectly spicy Arrabiata Sauce.
