Our Friday night Chef's Table classes are perfect for a date night, time out with friends or for flying solo! Join Mai Nguyen for her Vietnamese Feast and you'll start the night with a welcome drink and Salad Roll appetizer. Then you'll gather around our Chef's Table to learn to make a feast of Vietnamese favourites. Mai will walk you through how to make Vietnamese Spring Rolls as well as Banh Xeo, crispy pancakes with pork and seafood served wrapped in rice papers with aromatic greens. Then we'll finish with Bunh Cha, Hanoi's famous combination of marinated grilled pork served with rice noodles, pickles and greens and a delicious Nuoc Cham dipping sauce. And in case you still have an appetite, you'll end the night with dessert, that we'll prepare for you before your class. Your Get Cooking Chef’s Table experience includes your welcome drink, appetizer and dessert, and a meal of what you cook plus non-alcoholic beverages. A selection of wines and beers is available for pre-order or on the night.

Followed by Pad Thai with Shrimp then a flavourful and aromatic Red Thai Chicken Curry. Kathryn will guide you in making your own Thai curry paste from scratch, empowering you to recreate her delicious recipes in your own kitchen. Throughout the class, you'll discover where to shop and how to use essential Thai ingredients.
