Join Kathryn Joel for a night of French cooking, and bring a date, a friend, your mom, or simply bring yourself. Any which way we promise an evening filled with great company and delicious French bistro style food. We'll start the night with a complimentary glass of bubbly and hot from the oven Gougères, cheese puffs made from choux pastry. Then we'll cook up a couple of pots of Moules à la Marinière, mussels cooked simply with onions, parsley and white wine. Our main course is a classic Coq au Vin, served with a luscious Pommes Purée and for dessert, what could be better than a Tarte Tatin, finished with Chantilly Cream?
