Join Kathryn Joel for her in-person class on Fresh Pasta Basics and learn how to make her easiest fresh pasta dough with just flour and eggs. During your class you'll each make a batch of your own fresh pasta dough, then we'll teach you how to cut it 2 ways, with a machine and by hand. We'll be making Tagliatelle together with a classic Pesto alla Genovese, as well as Pappardelle with a Ragu Bolognese, and sharing our pro tips and tricks for achieving fabulous fresh pasta and accompanying sauces at home.

Join us for a delightful Mother's Day lunchtime cooking class led by chef owner Kathryn Joel. In this hands-on experience, you'll learn to make fresh Tagliatelle paired with a seasonal Asparagus Sauce, perfect for celebrating the flavours of spring. Next, you'll elevate your culinary skills as you learn to roast chicken to juicy perfection, with a zesty infusion of lemon and fragrant Tarragon, then serve it with a sumptuous pan sauce. Cap off the meal on a sweet note as you master how to prepare Grand Marnier Soufflés paired with homemade Vanilla Ice Cream, ensuring a memorable and indulgent Mother's Day celebration.
Join Kathryn Joel in person for a taste of Italian Farmhouse cooking, and you'll experience a menu of simple but sophisticated Italian fare starting with Kathryn's Melted Leek Soup, served with Parmesan Croutons. For your main course you'll learn to tray bake and roast Chicken Thighs with Potatoes & Porcini, and serve them with Pan Seared Winter Greens. Then for dessert you'll learn to make Biscotti with dried fruits and nuts to serve with a refreshingly tangy Limoncello Ice Cream.
