Join Kathryn Joel in-person and learn to cook some of her favourite dishes from the streets of Thailand. We'll start the night with noodles, as we learn to wok fry Pad Si Ew, a delicious combination of fresh rice noodles with sliced beef and gai lan. Next up are Fried Chicken Wings with Nahm Jim Jeaw, served together with a Green Papaya Salad. Then we'll end the night with another of Kathryn's favourites, a Thai style Crab Fried Rice.

Join chef owner Kathryn Joel for a Sunday afternoon Mezze Party, where you'll get hands-on experience making a selection of our favourite Mezze dishes from the Middle East. Together, we'll prepare a vegetarian spread, featuring homemade Pita Breads to enjoy with Warm Hummus, served with an Eggplant & Walnut topping. You'll also learn to make Falafels with Tahini Sauce, Tabbouleh Salad, Roasted Beet Dip, and Labneh fresh cheese, perfect for shaping into spice-dipped Labneh Balls. Plus you'll fry up some seasonal veggie Fritters served with a side of Yogurt Sauce. Then to add some heat to the spread, you'll learn how to make Shatta, a Middle Eastern condiment made from either red or green chili peppers. During your class you'll eat what your make, but don't forget to bring a takeaway container too, so you can pack up your leftovers to go.

Learn to prepare Mai's deliciously spicy Jamaican Beef Patties, served alongside a zesty Carrot Ginger Vinaigrette. Indulge in the rich, aromatic flavours of Jamaican inspired Goat Curry, accompanied by the classic side of Rice & Peas. Join us for a culinary journey that embodies the spirit of Jamaica under Mai's expert guidance. You'll eat what your making during your class, but don't forget to bring a takeaway container too, so you can pack up your leftover Beef Patties to go.
