INGREDIENTS
PAD THAI: dried rice stick noodles (medium width), shrimp (you can substitute chicken, beef, pork or extra tofu and shiitake mushrooms), peanut or unscented cooking oil, shallots, eggs, pressed tofu, preserved radish, blanched unroasted peanuts, bean sprouts, green onions, cilantro, palm sugar, tamarind pulp or prepared tamarind water, Thai fish sauce, limes, sriracha to serve
SPECIALTY EQUIPMENT
A wok is recommended
