Mai will also guide you in transforming your homemade kimchi into a selection of Korean favourites, including comforting Kimchi-jjigae (stew), crispy and savoury Kimchijeon (pancakes), and flavourful Kimchi Fried Rice. You’ll take home a jar of your own kimchi, prepared during the class. This is a unique opportunity for food enthusiasts to expand their culinary skills and explore the art of fermentation.
