Ingredients, Prawn Biryani: 1 kg prawns (shells removed), Basmati rice, oil, ghee, red onion, ginger, garlic, serrano pepper, whole green cardamom, cloves, cinnamon stick, nutmeg, ground mace, ground cardamom, Kashmiri chili powder or paprika, yogurt, saffron, mint, cilantro, kewra water (optional)
