INGREDIENTS
DOUGH: 00 flour, active dry yeast, olive oil, sugar, salt
MUSHROOM & SWISS CHARD FILLING: crimini mushrooms, wild or oyster mushrooms, fresh mozzarella, Parmesan, ricotta, lemon, swiss chard (or use spinach), extra virgin, shallots, garlic, fresh basil olive oil
SAUSAGE MEAT: ground pork, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, chili flakes, black pepper, salt, olive oil
ARRABIATA SAUCE: canned roma tomatoes, garlic, basil, fresh red chili, olive oil, salt and pepper
VINAIGRETTE: extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, dijon mustard, garlic, fresh oregano, salt and pepper
