Join our Chef Owner Kathryn Joel for this very seasonal online class on how to make her family recipe for New York Cheesecake topped with fresh brandied Cherries, and you'll learn her tips for keeping your homemade cheesecake light and creamy, without any cracks. Together with Kathryn you'll mix up your cheesecake batter then bake it on a graham cracker crust. Then while your cheesecake is baking, you'll learn how to finish your cake with a freshly made brandied cherry sauce. NOTE: your cake will need to cool and be refrigerated then topped with your cherry sauce the next day once it's cold and fully set.
