Celebrate Easter weekend with a taste of French elegance. Join Chef Owner Kathryn Joel for an afternoon of seasonal French cooking. We'll start with a fresh and vibrant Spring Pea Soup. Next, you'll learn how to pan-sear scallops to golden perfection and serve them with a silky cauliflower purée. Then we'll prepare a show-stopping Herb-Crusted Rack of Lamb. Finish with a classic Tarte au Citron, combining buttery pastry with bright, zesty lemon cream. Throughout the class, Kathryn will guide you through techniques and flavour combinations so you can recreate these dishes at home with confidence.
