Join Chef Owner Kathryn Joel for a delicious Good Friday class and learn to make traditional hot cross buns with flavoured butters, while enjoying an elegant lunch prepared as your buns proof and bake. We’ll cure salmon to serve with homemade Irish soda bread (we’ll serve salmon we’ve cured ahead for convenience), followed by a light and airy cheese soufflé perfectly risen and served with a fresh green salad. Dessert will feature your hot cross buns, and you’ll also take home the buns we don’t eat, along with your compound butters.
