Join Mai Nguyen in person for her newest class on South American Faves, and you'll start the night with Tiradito, a Peruvian crudo of raw fish (we'll use sushi grade salmon) dressed with a citrus and aji amarillo pepper sauce. Next you'll learn to make Mai's Chicken Empanadas, served with a red Soffrito Sauce. Then you'll finish the night at the BBQ, as you grill up some Alberta Beef and serve it sliced with Argentina's beloved Chimichurri Sauce and some grilled veggies.

Roll your own Kimbap, filled with savoury Bulgogi Beef and perfectly seasoned rice, then master the techniques for preparing Japchae—Korean glass noodles stir-fried with a medley of vibrant vegetables in a rich soy-based sauce.
