Kathryn will be making her Pad Thai with Wild Argentinian Shrimp, and talking to you about alternatives too, including the classic with dried shrimp, or versions with chicken, beef or pork. And during our online cooking class we'll be discussing how to make your Pad Thai Vegetarian or Vegan too.

Ingredients, Pad Thai: dried rice stick noodles (medium width), shrimp (you can substitute chicken, beef, pork or extra tofu and shiitake mushrooms), peanut or unscented cooking oil, shallots, eggs, pressed tofu, preserved radish, blanched unroasted peanuts, bean sprouts, green onions, cilantro, palm sugar, tamarind pulp or prepared tamarind water, Thai fish sauce, limes, sriracha to serve
