Join Kathryn Joel and Mai Nguyen for our Friday night Italian inspired Chef's Table class and learn to prepare (and enjoy!) a feast of Italian food. You'll start the night with a welcome drink and appetizer, before you gather around our Chef's Table with Kathryn and Mai as you learn to make our delicious Panzanella Bread Salad followed by Three Cheese Capeletti with Tomato Butter Sauce. Then we'll head to the BBQ and grill up some Steaks to serve with Italian Salsa Verde and Grilled Seasonal Veg. Our Friday night classes are perfect for a date night, time out with friends or for flying solo too. Your experience includes a welcome drink, appetizer and dessert, and a meal of what we cook. A curated menu of wines, beers and mocktails is available for purchase on the night.
